GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 27 October 2022
amending Government Decree No 301 / 2022 Coll., on the occupation of soldiers in active duty and members of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic to carry out the tasks of the Police of the Czech Republic in connection with the temporary reintroduction of internal border control
The Government orders pursuant to § 22 paragraphs 1 and 2 of Act No. 273 / 2008 Coll., on the Police of the Czech Republic, and pursuant to Act No. 219 / 1999 Coll., on the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic, as amended:
In Article 5 (2) of Decree of the Government No 301 / 2022 Coll., on the occupation of soldiers in active employment and members of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic to carry out tasks of the Police of the Czech Republic in connection with the temporary reintroduction of internal border control, the words "28 October 'are replaced by the words" 12 November'.
Efficacy
(1) This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication.
(2) This Regulation shall expire on 25 January 2023.
