DECLARATION
of 29 November 2019
amending Decree No. 245 / 2002 Coll., on the time of fishing for each species of game and on the closer conditions for carrying out the hunt, as amended
The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to § 68 of Act No. 449 / 2001 Coll., on hunting, as amended by Act No. 59 / 2003 Coll., for the implementation of § 42 (2):
In Decree No. 245 / 2002 Coll., on the period of hunting of individual species of game and on the closer conditions for the implementation of the hunting, as amended by Decree No. 480 / 2002 Coll., Decree No. 403 / 2013 Coll. and Decree No. 343 / 2015 Coll., the following Section 2a is inserted after § 2:
From 1 January 2020 to 31 March 2025, the fishing period for the following species of game shall be as follows:
(a) spotted-tax duty from 1 July to 31 January and applied from 1 August to 31 January with the exception referred to in Article 2 (1), game under two years of age from 1 January to 31 December;
(b) European deer - deer from 1 July to 31 January and deer from 1 August to 31 January with the exception referred to in Article 2 (1), game under two years of age from 1 January to 31 December;
(c) Muflon - muflon from 1 July to 31 March with the exception referred to in § 2 (1), muflon from 1 July to 31 December with the exception referred to in § 2 (1), game under two years of age from 1 January to 31 December;
(d) sika japanese deer from 1 July to 31 January and deer from 1 August to 31 January with the exception referred to in § 2 (1), game under two years of age from 1 January to 31 December;
(e) deer - deer from 1 May to 30 September with the exception referred to in § 2 (1), deer from 1 August to 31 December with the exception referred to in § 2 (1), game under two years of age from 1 January to 31 December;
(f) mountain camels - camels, camels and camels from 1 October to 31 December. ';
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2020.
