DECLARATION
of 26 September 2017
amending Decree No. 268 / 2009 Coll., on Technical Requirements for Construction, as amended by Decree No. 20 / 2012 Coll.
According to § 194 (a) of Act No. 183 / 2006 Coll., on Territorial Planning and Construction Regulations (Construction Act):
The following Section 48a is inserted after Section 48 of Decree No. 268 / 2009 Coll., on technical requirements for buildings, as amended by Decree No. 20 / 2012 Coll., which includes the title and footnotes Nos 31 to 35:
Technical specifications for rechargeable stations and fuel filling stations 31)
(1) Normal AC charging stations for electric vehicles shall be equipped with at least drawers or vehicle socket connections with one pin and two cavities in accordance with standard values 32).
(2) High performance AC charging stations for electric vehicles must be equipped with at least socket connections with one pin and two cavities in accordance with standard values (32).
(3) High performance DC charging stations for electric vehicles shall be equipped with at least socket connections of the combined charging system of type Combo 2 in accordance with standard values (33).
(4) Hydrogen pumping stations emitting gaseous hydrogen used as fuel in motor vehicles must meet the technical specifications in accordance with standard values 34) for the supply of gaseous hydrogen as fuel.
(5) Hydrogen filling stations emitting gaseous hydrogen used as fuel in motor vehicles shall use fuel filling algorithms and equipment that meet the relevant specifications in accordance with standard values (34) for the supply of gaseous hydrogen as fuel.
(6) Connectors for motor vehicles for the purpose of pumping gaseous hydrogen shall comply with the technical specifications in accordance with the standard value35) for hydrogen gas drawing interconnections to motor vehicles.
(31) Article 4 (4) and Article 5 (2) of Directive 2014 / 94 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 October 2014 on the deployment of alternative fuel infrastructure.

35) ČSN ISO 17268 Gas hydrogen - filling interface of ground vehicles. '
Transitional provision
The specified technical requirements for standard rechargeable stations, high performance rechargeable stations and hydrogen service stations pursuant to § 48a of Decree No. 268 / 2009 Coll., on technical requirements for construction, as effective from the date of entry into force of this decree, shall not apply to rechargeable stations and service stations which were put into service or renewed before 18 November 2017.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
