DECLARATION
of 24 October 2011
repealing certain legislation on the publication of specially protected territories
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 90 (11) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Protection, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 312 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll.:
The following shall be deleted:
1. Decree No B - 45.761 / 46 - III / 1 on the establishment of botanical reservation for ppkč. 197 / 1,3 in the cadastral village Mělnický Vrutice, of 26.8.1946.
2. Proceeds of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic No 17.977 / 72, on the establishment of the protected site of the Slatina meadow near Velenka, dated 29.12.1972.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 December 2011.
