DECLARATION

amending Decree No. 527 / 2006 Coll., on the use of toll roads and amending Decree No. 104 / 1997 Coll., implementing the Road Act, as amended
The Ministry of Transport provides for the Act No. 13 / 1997 Coll., on Road, as amended by Act No. 102 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 132 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 489 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 256 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 259 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 358 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 186 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 80 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 186 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 311 / 2006 Coll. and Act No. 342 / 2006 Coll., ("Act '):
Decree No. 527 / 2006 Coll., on the use of toll roads and amending Decree No. 104 / 1997 Coll., implementing the Road Act, as amended, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 3, the following paragraph 5 is added:
"(5) In the event that the motor vehicle is not equipped with front glass, the first part of the coupon shall be placed and the whole of its surface glued directly to the right of the front of the vehicle, firmly connected to its supporting parts. The coupon shall be so located that it is controllable and protected from direct spray caused by the wheels of the vehicle. ';
2. Paragraph 4 (5) reads as follows:
"(5) They are used as basic background colours for coupons valid for:
(a) the calendar year of colour orange and ochre,
(b) one month of colour green and ochre,
(c) seven days of colour blue and ochre. ';
3. Paragraph 5 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) The vehicle pictogram symbolizing the relevant vehicle mass category shall be placed on the front side of the coupon at its right lower part at a distance of 6 mm from the lower edge of the coupon and on the rear side of the coupon at its left lower part at a distance of 6 mm from the lower edge. The pictogram is
(a) for vehicles up to the maximum authorised mass of 3,5 tonnes, 5 mm high and 12,1 mm wide,
(b) for vehicles with a maximum authorised mass exceeding 3,5 tonnes up to a maximum authorised mass of less than 12 tonnes, a height of 4,9 mm and a width of 13 mm. "
4. In the first sentence of Article 5 (2), the word "medium 'is replaced by the word" upper' and the words "above 3,5 tonnes up to 12 tonnes' are inserted before the word" partial '.
5. In Paragraph 5 (2), the second sentence reads:
"On the back of the coupon, the inscriptions shall be inclined in the case of a coupon for the weight category:
(a) up to 3,5 tonnes in its upper right,
(b) more than 3,5 tonnes up to the maximum authorised weight of less than 12 tonnes in its upper part above the figure indicating the year of validity. "
6. In Article 5 (3), the words "upper right 'are replaced by the words" middle left'.
7. In Paragraph 5 (4), the word "lower 'is deleted and the number" 20' is replaced by "19 '.
8. In the first sentence of Article 5 (5): "The symbols of the road signs" motorway "and" express roads "are located on the front of the coupon in its left upper part and on the back of the coupon in its right upper part. '.
9. In the last sentence of Paragraph 5 (7), the words "to the right of the frame 'are replaced by the words" to the left of the symbols of the road signs'.
10.Paragraph 6 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) The vehicle pictogram symbolizing the relevant vehicle mass category is located in the lower right of the coupon and is 10 mm from the lower edge of the coupon. The pictogram is
(a) for vehicles up to the maximum authorised mass of 3,5 tonnes, 5 mm high and 12,1 mm wide,
(b) for vehicles with a maximum authorised mass exceeding 3,5 tonnes up to a maximum authorised mass of less than 12 tonnes, a height of 4,9 mm and a width of 13 mm. "
11. in Article 6 (3), "2,3" is replaced by "2."
12. in Article 6 (4) and (5):
"(4) The number indicating the year of validity shall be placed at the bottom of the coupon under the holographic item. The first and last digits are 4 mm high, the other digits are 3 mm high.
(5) The letter indicating the period of validity shall be placed on the lower left of the coupon above the number indicating the year of validity and shall be 8 mm high. ';
13. In Section 9, both in the title and in the text, the words "their use is subject to charge 'are replaced by the words" their use is subject to a time fee'.
14. Article 10, including the title, reads:
Ground roads for which tolls are levied
(Paragraph 20 (1) of the Law)
Land roads for which tolls are levied are listed in Annexes 3 and 4 to this Decree. '
15. At the end of Paragraph 22, the sentence "Double or triple axle (3)) on a trailer shall be considered as two or three axles. ';

16. Annex 1 to the Order, including the title, reads:

Models of coupons proving payment of the time fee
1. Coupons valid for the calendar year for the vehicle
(a) up to the maximum authorised weight of 3,5 tonnes
(b) with a maximum authorised weight exceeding 3,5 tonnes but not exceeding 12 tonnes
2. Coupons valid for one month for the vehicle
(a) up to the maximum authorised weight of 3,5 tonnes
(b) with a maximum authorised weight exceeding 3,5 tonnes but not exceeding 12 tonnes
3. Coupons valid for seven days for the vehicle
(a) up to the maximum authorised weight of 3,5 tonnes
(b) with a maximum authorised weight exceeding 3,5 tonnes but not exceeding 12 tonnes

Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2008, with the exception of points 2 to 12 and point 16, which shall take effect on the date of its publication.
