amending Act No. 247 / 1995 Coll., on Elections to Parliament of the Czech Republic and amending and supplementing certain other laws, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
In Annex 3 to Act No. 247 / 1995 Coll., on Elections to Parliament of the Czech Republic and amending and supplementing certain other acts, as amended by Act No. 212 / 1996 Coll., Act No. 204 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 171 / 2002 Coll. and Act No. 418 / 2004 Coll., Election Circuits No. 7, 17, 19, 20, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 55, 61 and 66 read:
"Election Circuit No. 7 Seat: Pilsen-town
Includes the whole district of Plzeň-south, the city district of Plzeň 2, the northern part of Klatovy district, bounded in the south by the municipalities of Křenice, Ježová, Mezihoří, Švihov, Smečín, Újezce u Planice, Planice, Zavlekov, Nalžovské Hory, Hradesice, Malý Bor, Great Hydčice, Horadějovice
Election Circuit No 17 Residence: Prague 12
Includes the territory of the urban areas of Prague 12, Prague 16, Prague-Lipence, Prague-Lochkov, Prague-Velké Chuchle, Prague-Záslav, Prague-Kunratice, Prague-Šeberov, Prague-Escape, Prague-Libuš, Prague-Petrovice and part of the territory of the urban area of Prague 4, consisting of the k. Includes the western part of the district of Olomouc, bounded in the east by the municipalities of Běstročice, Brown, Ústí, Těšetice, Skrbeň, Horka nad Moravou, Štěpánov, Štarnov, Bohunovice, Belkovice-Laštany, Domašov u Šternberka, Branický Petrovice, Moravian Beroun, Norberčany, southern part of the district of Šumperk, bounded in the north by the municipalities of Drozdov, Zábřeh, Lesky, Hrabová, Police, Usov, Klopina '.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
