implementing certain provisions of Act No. 238 / 2000 Coll., on the Fire Department of the Czech Republic and amending certain laws
The Ministry of Interior provides pursuant to § 25 (2) (b) to (d) and (f) of Act No. 238 / 2000 Coll., on the Fire Department of the Czech Republic and on the amendment of certain laws:
Service uniforms, means of external marking, service cards and their use
Staff uniforms
(1) The service uniforms are:
(a) working uniform I,
(b) working uniform II,
(c) ceremonial uniform,
(d) social uniform.
(2) The models of service uniforms are set out in Annex 2 to this Decree.
External designation of members of the Fire Rescue Corps of the Czech Republic
(1) A member of the Fire Department of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as "the Member") is designated:
(a) working uniform Even on the left sleeve of a jacket of a large State emblem of the Czech Republic, on the right sleeve of a responsibility to the General Directorate of the Fire Rescue Corps of the Czech Republic or to the Fire Rescue Corps of the Region (hereinafter referred to as the "organizational section ') and the sleeve of the Fire Rescue Corps of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as the" sleeve emblem'), the models of which are listed in Annex 3, on the right front of the jacket with an identification number, the model of which is given in Annex 4, on the hat in the case of men and hat in the women with a large national emblem of the Czech Republic,
(b) on the working uniform II on the left sleeve of the blouse of the organizational part and sleeve, on the back of the blouse with the reflective inscription "HASIČI" and on the right front of the blouse with the identification number badge,
(c) at the ceremonial uniform on the left sleeve of the jacket with a large national emblem of the Czech Republic, on the right sleeve with the competence of the organizational part and the sleeve and on the hat with men and hat in women with a large state emblem of the Czech Republic; or
d) on the social uniform on the left sleeve of the jacket a large state emblem of the Czech Republic, under the inscription "HZS ČR" and under this inscription placed the value mark.
(2) The badge with the identification number is metal, embossed and silver colour with patina. On the lower part is displayed the sign of the Fire Department of the Czech Republic and in the upper part there is an identification number.
(3) The designation of belonging to the organisational part referred to in paragraph 1 (a) to (c) and the badge bearing the identification number referred to in paragraph 1 (a) and (b) shall not apply to service uniforms of the Director-General of the Fire Rescue Corps of the Czech Republic.
A national's official card and its use
(1) When proving responsibility for the fire brigade's service pass, the member shall present a photo card to the front of the service card.
(2) The model of the service card is set out in Annex 5 to this Order.
Transitional and final provisions
(1) A social uniform made up in accordance with existing rules may be used as a working uniform until 31 December 2004.
(2) The validity of service cards issued under the current rules expires on 30 June 2002.
Decree No. 294 / 1995 Coll., which further regulates certain employment relations, uniform and rank of members of the Czech Fire Rescue Corps, with the exception of Sections 9 to 17, which are repealed on 31 December 2001, is hereby repealed.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.

1. The following equipment components shall be specified for each basic model of service uniforms:
