GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 30 August 2000
amending Government Regulation No 173 / 1997 Coll., laying down selected products for conformity assessment, as amended, and repealing Government Regulation No 174 / 1997 Coll., laying down technical requirements for firearms and ammunition, as amended, as amended by Government Regulation No 79 / 1999 Coll.
The Government mandates pursuant to § 22 of Act No. 22 / 1997 Coll., on technical requirements for products and amending and supplementing certain laws, as amended by Act No. 71 / 2000 Coll., ("the Act ') to implement § 12 (1) (a), § 12 (4) and § 13 (2) and (4) of the Act:
In Annex 2 to Decree No. 173 / 1997 Coll., which sets out selected products for conformity assessment, as amended by Decree No. 174 / 1998 Coll. and Decree No. 78 / 1999 Coll., item No. 1 "Pyrotechnic articles for entertainment and technical purposes', Annex 2 is deleted.
They shall be deleted:
1. Government Decree No. 174 / 1997 Coll., laying down technical requirements for firearms and ammunition.
2. Government Decree No. 79 / 1999 Coll., amending Government Decree No. 174 / 1997 Coll., laying down technical requirements for firearms and ammunition.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
