DECLARATION
Ministry of Health
of 29 November 1999
amending Decree No 298 / 1997 of the Ministry of Health Coll., laying down the chemical health requirements for each type of food and food material, their conditions of use, their labelling on packaging, the purity and identity requirements for additives and food supplements and the microbiological requirements for food supplements and additives, as amended by Decree No 3 / 1999 Coll.
According to § 19 (a) and (b) of Act No. 110 / 1997 Coll., on Food and Tobacco Products and on the amendment and addition of certain related laws:
Čl. I
Decree No 298 / 1997 Coll., laying down the chemical health requirements for each type of food and food raw material, their conditions of use, their labelling on packaging, the purity and identity requirements for additives and food supplements, and the microbiological requirements for food supplements and additives, as amended by Decree No 3 / 1999 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. In Article 1 (1), the words "pesticide residues' are deleted.
2. Paragraph 2 (3) is deleted.
Paragraph 4 shall become paragraph 3.
3. Paragraph 3 (4) is deleted.
Paragraphs 5 to 7 shall be renumbered paragraphs 4 to 6.
4. In Annex No 1, Part 1, paragraph 7, the following shall be added at the end of point (b):
5. In Annex No 1, Part 1, the following sentence is added at the end of paragraph 8: "Foodstuffs for which durability has been extended by the use of packaging gases shall be marked with the word" Packed in a protective atmosphere '. The presence of sulphur dioxide and sorbic acid shall not be indicated for vine wine.'
6. In Annex No 1, Part 5, in Table No 2, entry 5 reads: "fermented milk products (not flavoured) '.
7. In Annex No 1, Part 5, Table 2, entry 22 reads: "roasted coffee, coffee, tea, tea extracts, including fruit and herbal extracts, tea-based preparations, fruit and cereals and instant products and mixtures thereof '.
8. In Annex No 1, Part 6, Table 2, the entry "wines with a residual sugar content of not less than 5 g.kg-1, fermented fruit juices other than wine, e.g. cider, perry, fruit wines' is replaced by the following:" wines, fruit wines, fermented fruit juices, e.g. cider, perry '.
9. In Annex 1, Part 6, Table 2, the entry "emulsified cold sauces, mayonnaise with a fat content of at least 60%, NPM mg.l-1 or mg.kg-1 'is inserted in column B as" 500' and column S + B as "1000 '.
10. In Annex No 1, Part 6, Table 2, the entry "emulsified cold sauces, mayonnaise with a fat content below 60%, NPM mg.l-1 or mg.kg-1 'is inserted in column B as" 1000' and column S + B as "2000 '.
11. In Annex No 1, Part 6, Table 2, the entry "energy-reduced syrups for sale to the direct consumer 'is replaced by the following:" syrups and low energy drinks concentrate for sale to the direct consumer'.
12. In Annex No 1, Part 6, Table 2, the entry "fruit and vegetable syrups for sale to the direct consumer (xx) 'is deleted.
13. In Annex No 1, Part 6, in Table 4, under the heading "lemon juice, lime juice '," 100' is replaced by "350 '.
14. In Annex 1, Part 6, the following entries are inserted in Table 4, including footnotes 7a) and 7b):
'- quality wines from the Czech Republic meeting the requirements 7a) on the designation "late collection" and quality wines imported from EU countries satisfying the requirements 7b) on the designation "late collection... 300 mg.l-1,"
- quality wines imported white, meeting the requirements of 7b) on the designation of origin from the region of France (Bordeaux supérieur, Graves de Vayres, Côte des Bourdeaux St. Macaire, Premieres Côte de Bourdeaux, Sainte- Foy Bordeaux, Côte de Bergerac with or without the supplement "Côte de Saussignac," Haut- Montravel, Côte de Montravel and Rosette) and from the region of Spain (Allela, La Mancha, Navarra, Penedés, Rioja, Rueda, Tarragona and Valencia)... 300 mg.l-1,
- white quality wines imported from the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland meeting the requirements for the designation "botrytis," "noble harwest" or "noble late harvested" and "special late harvested..." 300 mg.l-1,
- quality wines from the Czech Republic meeting the requirements 7a) on the designation "selection of grapes," imported wines meeting the requirements of 7b) on the designation "Auslese" and quality wines white from Romania meeting the requirements for the designation of one of the following names (Murfatlar, Cotnari, Tirnave, Pietroasele, Valea Calugareasca)... 350 mg.l-1,
- quality wines from the Czech Republic meeting the requirements 7a) on the designation "ice wine 'and" straw wine' and imported wines meeting the requirements of 7b) on the designation "Beerenauslese '," Ausbruch', "Ausbruchwein '," Trockenbeerenauslese', "Eiswein 'and quality wines white from regions of France meeting the requirements for the designation of the region of origin (Sauternes, Barsac, Cadillac, Cérons, Loupiac, Sainte- Crois- du-Mont, Monbazillac, Bonnezeaux, Quarts de Chaume, Coteaux du Layon, Coteaux de llots Aubana, Graves Supérieures, Jurancon)... 400 mg.l- 1.
7a) Act No. 115 / 1995 Coll., on wine-growing and wine-growing and amending certain related legislation.
7b) movement certificate issued by the competent authority in the country of origin. ';
15. In the first sentence of Article 1 (8) (3) of Annex 1 to "table sweeteners', footnote (10a) is added:
"10a) Foods containing sweeteners or other ingredients intended to be sweetened before consumption. '
16. In Annex No 1, Part 8, the entry "Fruit spreads with reduced usable energy NPM mg.l-1 or mg.kg.1 1000 'is inserted in the table under the entry" E 950 Acesulfame K'.
17. Annex 1, Part 9, paragraph 5 reads as follows:
"(5) When using caffeine (caffeine, caffeine monohydrate) or quinoline (quinisulphate, quinoline hydrochloride) for the manufacture of non-alcoholic beverages or concentrates for the preparation of non-alcoholic water-based drinks, a warning on the contents of these substances must be provided on the package. The content of these substances in the concentrate for the preparation of non-alcoholic beverages may not exceed the maximum authorised quantity for that substance laid down for non-alcoholic water-based drinks when prepared according to the instructions. In the case of an added caffeine content in a non-alcoholic beverage or concentrate for the preparation of non-alcoholic beverages, the designation" Contains caffeine 'shall be indicated.
18. In Annex 1, Part 9, paragraph 6:
"(6) In the case of added quinine in the beverage, in the concentrate for the preparation of non-alcoholic beverages, the designation" Contains quinine 'shall be indicated.'
19. In Annex No 2, Part 3, paragraph 3 is deleted.
20. In Annex 2, Part 3, in the table, the value of NPM1) mg.l-1 or mg.kg-1 in the item "L-and D-Menthol" changes from "400" to "NM."
21. In Annex 3, Part 1, the following text is added at the end of paragraph 3: "Edible holding means a foodstuff removed from non-edible parts (for example, skin, stone, bone). The limit values for tea are set for tea as a beverage according to ČSN ISO 3103 (58 0420) Tea. Preparation of the tube for sensory evaluation. Dried and concentrated foods intended for infant and infant nutrition shall be evaluated after recovery according to instructions. '
22. In Annex 3, Part 1, in the table "OTHER FOODSTUFFS, FOODSTUFFS ', the word" flavours' and the text "fermented and unfermented tea, flavoured, herbal teas, dry fruit and flowers teas, tea blends' are deleted.
23. In Annex 3, Part 1, the following is inserted in the table "DRUGS ':" Tea fermented and not fermented, aromatised, herbal, dry fruit and flower tea, tea mixed with A'.
24. In Annex No 3, Part 1, the entry "muesli B 'is inserted in the table" MILLARY PRODUCTS'.

DefiniceSměs karotenů produkovaných řasou Dunaliella salina, rostoucí ve velkých slaných jezerech lokality Whyalla v Jižní Austrálii. Beta-karoten se extrahuje olejem. 20 - 30 % suspenze v sójovém oleji obsahuje přírodní tokoferoly (do 0,3 %). Podíl trans a cis izomerů je v rozsahu 50/50 - 71/29.
Většina barviva sestává z karotenů, z nichž převážnou část tvoří beta-karoten. Mohou být přítomny alfa-karoten, lutein, zeaxanthin a beta-kryptoxanthin. Kromě barevných pigmentů mohou být přítomny oleje, tuky a vosky přirozeně se vyskytující v surovině.
