GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 17 December 2018
amending Government Regulation No 522 / 2005 Coll., establishing a list of classified information, as amended
The Government mandates pursuant to § 139 (1) of Act No. 412 / 2005 Coll., on the Protection of classified information and on the security competence:
Government Regulation No 522 / 2005 Coll., establishing a list of classified information, as amended by Government Regulation No 240 / 2008 Coll. and Government Regulation No 360 / 2017 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Annex 1, point 3, the word "important 'is deleted.
2. In Annex 1, point 4, the words "and others' are replaced by the words" and others'.
3. In Annex 1, point 7, "Serious political 'is replaced by" Political'.
4. In Annex 2, point 2, the words "important for State defence and security 'are replaced by" critical infrastructure under the Crisis Act'.
5. In Annex 2, point 3, the words "important for State defence and security 'are replaced by the words" critical infrastructure under the Crisis Act'.
6. In Annex No 2, point 4, the word "special 'is deleted and the words" regarding State defence and security' are inserted after the word "transport '.
7. In Annex 3, point 5, the words "customs authorities' are replaced by the words" authorised customs authority '.
8. In Annex 3, point 6, the words "customs authorities' are replaced by the words" customs authorities of the Czech Republic '.
9. In Annex 3, point 8, the words "the customs authorities responsible for the exit 'are replaced by the words" the customs authority responsible for the exit'.
10. In Annex 3, point 10, "customs and tax fraud 'is replaced by" tax offences';
11. In Annex 3, the following point 11 is inserted after point 10:
| „11. Opatření v oblasti odhalování trestných činů spáchaných porušením celních předpisů, v jejichž případě je dána působnost pověřeného celního orgánu podle trestního řádu | V-T“. |
Points 11 to 28 shall be renumbered 12 to 29.
12. In Annex 3, points 17 to 21, "V 'is replaced by" V- D'.
13. In Annex 3, point 23 reads:
| „23. Činnost Finančního analytického úřadu | V-D“. |
14. In Annex 3, points 24 and 25, the words "and others' shall be inserted after the words" economic '.
15. In Annex 5, point 1, the words "Special programmes' are replaced by" Programme 'and the words "State defence and security' are inserted after the words" equipment '.
16. In Annex 5, point 6, the words "Inspections of the Minister of Defence 'are replaced by the words" Ministry of Defence'.
17. In Annex 5, point 13, "Own information 'is replaced by" Information'.
18. In Annex 5, point 37, the word "specific 'is deleted.
19. In Annex 5, point 38, the word "military 'is deleted and after the word" objects' the words "under the law governing the provision of defence of the Czech Republic 'are inserted.
20. In Annex 5, point 41, the words "specially designated equipment or workplaces of the Ministry of Defence 'are replaced by the words" buildings, installations or workplaces of the Ministry of Defence specifically designated under the Act governing the provision of defence of the Czech Republic'.
21. in Annex 6, point 3:
| „3. Výzkum, vývoj a inovace výrobků zbrojního průmyslu | V“. |
22. In Annex 6, point 4, the word "important 'is deleted.
23. In Annex 6, point 7, the words "Major business' are replaced by the words" business'.
24. In Annex 6, points 10 and 11, the word "important 'is deleted.
25. In Annex 6, point 13, the words "Specific data 'are replaced by the words" Data'.
26. In Annex 7, point 8, the words "security of importance 'are replaced by the words" security'.
27. In Annex 8, point 3, "terrorism 'is replaced by" terrorism'.
28. In Annex 8, point 5, the words "Special Technical 'are replaced by the words" Technical'.
29. In Annex 8, point 6, the words "as well as the opposition opinions' are replaced by the words" including the opposition opinions'.
30. In Annex 8, point 10, "important 'is deleted and" special' is replaced by "safety '.
31. In Annex 8, point 12, the words "classified security 'are replaced by the words" security'.
32. In Annex 8, point 16, the word "designated 'and the word" important' are deleted.
33. Point 20 of Annex 8 reads as follows:
| „20. Dokumentace sítí elektronických komunikací pro období krizových situací | V-T“. |
34. in Annex No 8, the following point 21 is inserted after point 20:
| „21. Údaje o účastnických vedeních pronajatých a zřízených pro potřeby obrany a bezpečnosti státu, pokud je z nich patrný účel, podrobný průběh a přesné místo ukončení vedení a umístění správních úřadů | V-T“. |
Points 21 to 24 shall become points 22 to 25.
35. In Annex 9, point 5, the words "in particular interest 'are deleted.
36. In Annex 10, point 3, the words "important for State defence and security 'are replaced by the words" relevant for State defence and security'.
37. In Annex 10, point 4, the words "established 'are deleted and the words" relevant to State security' are replaced by the words "relevant to State defence and security '.
38. In Annex 11, point 2, "Special characteristics' is replaced by" Characteristics'.
39. In Annex 11, point 7, "Selected information 'is replaced by" Information'.
40. In Annex No 14, point 3 is deleted.
Point 4 is renumbered point 3.
41. In Annex No 18, point 5, the word "important 'is deleted.
42. In Annex No 18, point 8, the words "The data specified 'are replaced by the words" The data'.
43. In Annex No 18, points 12, 13 and 17, the word "established" shall be deleted.
44. In Annex No 19, point 21, the words "Operational security 'are replaced by the words" Security'.
45. In Annex 19, point 22 is added:
| „22. Způsob a metody zjišťování, zda v jednací oblasti nedochází k nedovolenému použití technických prostředků určených k získávání informací | V-T“. |
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2019.
