DECLARATION
of 24 October 2011
on the declaration of the National Natural Monuments of Svařec and the establishment of its closer protection conditions
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 79 (4) (h) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on the Conservation of Nature and Landscape, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 312 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll.:
§ 1
Definition of national natural heritage
(1) The National Natural Monument of Švařec ("the National Natural Monument") is announced.
(2) The national natural monument is situated in the region of Vysočina, in the cadastral territories of Švařice and Koroužny. The boundaries of the national natural monument shall be determined by a closed geometric pattern with direct sides whose vertices are determined by coordinates of the uniform trigonometric network of the cadastral1). The list of coordinates of the vertices of the geometric pattern as they follow in the pattern is given in Annex 1 to this decree.
(3) An indicative graphical representation of the territory of the national natural heritage and its protection zone is given in Annex 2 to this Decree.
§ 2
Subject matter of protection
National natural monuments are protected by:
(a) associations of dry lawns with juniper and built-in, mesophile oat meadows and mesophic herbals;
(b) rare and endangered plant species, in particular the population of critically and severely endangered species of Krutiklas (Spiranthes spiralis) and cuckoo-setter (Orchis morio), including their biotopes,
(c) rare and endangered species of animals, in particular the populations of the black-spotted blue species (Maculinea arion), including its biotope.
§ 3
Closer protection conditions
Only with the consent of the competent nature conservation authority can the national natural monument:
(a) to make changes to the types of land or methods of exploitation (2);
(b) make changes to completed structures or to changes to structures before their completion (m3);
(c) to establish landfills of any material;
(d) indicate cycling or walking routes;
(e) fertilise land or use chemical agents;
(f) planting or planting plants or releasing animals;
(g) to establish feeding facilities or slanisks;
(h) feed or bait animals;
(i) to build fires; or
(j) to drive vehicles into the territory of the national natural heritage; consent is not required for vehicles of the essential and other components of the integrated rescue system4), in substance and locally competent administrative authorities 5), watercourses managers in the implementation of water flow management and vehicles needed to ensure land management and management.
§ 4
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 December 2011.
