THE LAW
of 25 May 2006
amending Act No. 36 / 1967 Coll., on Experts and Interpreters
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
In Article 17 of Act No. 36 / 1967 Coll., on Experts and Interpreters, paragraph 3 is added, including footnote 1:
"(3) The remuneration fixed under the preceding paragraphs shall be increased by the amount corresponding to the value added tax which the expert (interpreter) is obliged to pay under the special legislation (1).
1) Act No. 235 / 2004 Coll., on Value Added Tax, as amended. '
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
