DECLARATION
Ministry of Transport and Communications
of 10 December 1997
amending and supplementing Decree of the Ministry of Transport No. 103 / 1995 Coll., on periodic roadside inspection and measurement of road vehicle emissions
The Ministry of Transport and Communications provides, pursuant to Section 16 of Act No. 38 / 1995 Coll., on technical conditions of road traffic of road vehicles:
Decree of the Ministry of Transport No. 103 / 1995 Coll., on periodic roadworthiness tests and measurement of road vehicle emissions, is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 1 (2), the last sentence is replaced by the following: "In the case of a vehicle, it shall also be verified that the actual state of the vehicle corresponds to the records contained in its documents (hereinafter referred to as" registration check '). The inspection shall be carried out to the extent specified for the detection and assessment of the technical condition of the vehicle during the technical inspection in group 100 of Annex 1 to this Regulation. A separate registration check shall be carried out at the request of the Police of the Czech Republic.'
2. In Paragraph 3 (1) (c), the following words are added at the end of the third sentence: "and defects detected at the time of registration, '.
3. In Paragraph 3 (1) (d), the dot is deleted at the end of the third sentence and the following words are added: "and the conversion of a vehicle whose technical competence has not been approved in accordance with the special regulation.2 '.
4. In Article 3 (2), the following words shall be inserted after the words "individual units':" or the result of the check '.
5. In Article 3 (2) (b), at the end of the comma, the dot is replaced by the following sentence: "Following the removal of the defects identified during the separate registration check, a repeated registration check shall not be carried out, '.
6. In Paragraph 4 (1), the following sentence is inserted after the first sentence:
"It shall also indicate the result of the separate registration check and its evaluation. ';
7. In Article 4 (2), at the end of the period, the semicolon is replaced and the following sentence is added: "The carrying out of a separate registration check without any defects detected shall be indicated only by an entry on the vehicle technical licence. '.

"(3) If the vehicle is considered to be technically fit for further operation, this shall be recorded on the vehicle's technical licence, indicating the three-month period for the repeated technical inspection or for the removal of defects detected during the separate registration and the rear plate of the registration plate shall be placed on the control plate indicating its three-month validity in the repeated technical inspection or in the removal of defects detected during the separate registration. ';
9. In Paragraph 4 (5), the following sentence is added at the end: "After the removal of the defects detected during the separate registration check, the transport inspector of the Police of the Czech Republic shall indicate the next technical inspection by placing a control sticker on the back of the registration plate in accordance with the date of the next technical examination registered on the vehicle's technical certificate before carrying out the separate registration check and shall indicate the removal of these defects in the registration record."
10. In Annex No 1, broken down by control operations (page 5), in point (b), after the words "technical condition ', the words" and registration data' and in point (c) are inserted after the words "technical condition '.
11. In Annex 1 to the Act of Inspection, the registration number - 101, paragraph, under the heading "Defects', reads:

12. In Annex 1, in the control act, the engine serial number - 102 paragraph under the heading "Defects' shall be:
"Defects
| 1. Výrobní číslo motoru nesouhlasí s doklady nebo není zaznamenáno | B |
| 2. Výrobní číslo na motoru chybí nebo je nečitelné | B |
| 3. Výrobní číslo motoru souhlasí, ale ve struktuře čísla nebo v jeho bezprostředním okolí je patrný zásah, který vedl k jeho úpravě (přebroušení, přeražení apod.) | B“. |
13. In Annex 1, in the control act, the production number of the chassis (bodywork) - 103 paragraph. The defect shall be:
"Defects
| 1. Výrobní číslo podvozku (karosérie) nesouhlasí s doklady | B |
| 2. Výrobní číslo na podvozku (karosérii) chybí nebo je nečitelné | B |
| 3. Výrobní číslo karosérie (VIN) souhlasí s doklady, ale v jeho struktuře nebo v okolí místa jeho umístění (výrobní identifikační štítek a karosérie) je patrný zásah, který umožnil jeho změnu (přeražení jiného čísla, navaření části karosérie z jiného vozidla apod.) | B“. |
14. In Annex No 1, in the control act Derogation in vehicle performance - 104 paragraph. The defect shall be:
"Defects
| 1. Vozidlo bylo změněno tak, že neodpovídá údajům uvedeným v technickém průkazu vozidla | B |
| 2. Vozidlo bylo změněno tak, že jde o přestavbu vozidla podle zvláštního předpisu2) a před uvedením vozidla do provozu po této změně nebyla opět schválena jeho technická způsobilost k provozu | C |
Note: If it is established before the start of the technical inspection that the vehicle has been rebuilt and the vehicle's technical licence does not show a record of the approval of its technical competence, the technical inspection of the vehicle shall not be carried out. ';
15. In Annex No 1, in the control act, the colour of the vehicle - 105 paragraph. The defect shall be:
"Defects
| 1. Barva nebo barevné provedení vozidla nesouhlasí se záznamy v dokladech nebo není zapsána v dokladech | B |
| 2. Označení barevného provedení nesouhlasí se vzorníkem barev | A“. |
16. In Annex 1, in the control act of the rear lamp with a fog light - number and position - 625 in the paragraph inscribed in paragraph 1, the last sentence is replaced by the following sentence: "One or two rear lamps with a red fog light shall be equipped with vehicles of categories M, N and their trailers. '
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
