DECLARATION
of 18 November 2015
amending Decree No. 400 / 2011 Coll., implementing the Civil ID Act and the Travel Documents Act, as amended by Decree No. 76 / 2014 Coll.
The Ministry of the Interior provides for the Act No. 329 / 1999 Coll., as amended by Act No. 559 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 136 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 106 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 140 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 197 / 2010 Coll. and Act No. 318 / 2015 Coll.:
Decree No. 400 / 2011 Coll., implementing the Civil ID Act and the Travel Documents Act, as amended by Decree No. 76 / 2014 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Section 10, the words "machine readable data and biometric data carrier 'are deleted.
2. In Articles 10 (1) and 15 (1), the words "machine readable data and biometric data carrier 'are deleted.
3. In Article 10, the following paragraph 6 is added:
"(6) The passport is a travel document of a type of book and contains 34 pages."
4. Sections 11 to 13 are deleted.
5. Paragraph 15 (2) and (3) are deleted.
Paragraphs 4 and 5 shall be renumbered paragraphs 2 and 3.
6. Paragraph 15 (3) is deleted.
7. The heading of Annex 10 reads: "Model passport."
8. Annexes 11, 12, 15, 16 and 18 are deleted.
9. Annex 14, including the title, reads:
"Annex No 14 to Decree No 400 / 2011 Coll.

Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 2016.
