amending Act No. 141 / 1961 Coll., on Criminal Procedure of the Court (Criminal Code), as amended, and Act No. 283 / 1991 Coll., on the Police of the Czech Republic, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:

1. In Article 27c, the second sentence is deleted.
2. In Paragraph 114, the sentence "At the request of the law enforcement authority, even without the consent of the suspect or accused person, the medical practitioner or professional health professional may do so may be added at the end of paragraph 2."
3. In Paragraph 114, the following paragraph 4 is inserted after paragraph 3:
"(4) If the action referred to in paragraphs 1 to 3 cannot be carried out in respect of a suspect or accused person's resistance and if not for blood collection or any other similar act linked to the intervention in physical integrity, the criminal authority shall be entitled, after a previous futile call, to overcome that resistance; The police authority needs the prior consent of the prosecutor to overcome the suspect's resistance. The method of overcoming resistance shall be proportionate to the intensity of resistance. ';
Paragraph 4 shall become paragraph 5.
4. In Paragraph 114, at the end of paragraph 5, the words "the suspect or accused shall also learn about the possibility of proceeding under paragraph 4 'shall be added.
5. In Article 158 (3) (f), the words "under the conditions laid down in Article 114 'shall be inserted after the words" to make sound and visual records of persons'.
