issued pursuant to § 70 (1) (c) of Act No. 20 / 1966 Coll., on the Care of the Health of the People, Decree of 12.6.1990 No. LP / 3-200- 29.3.90-131 / 9 amending Directive No 15 / 1983 of the European Parliament and of the Council. MZ ČSR (reg. in the amount of 23 / 1983 Coll.) on the provision of district health services and the provision of health services working in plants.
The proceeds of the treatment of preventive care for workers of small plants by doctors and allow workers to choose doctors either according to the site of the plant or according to the place of permanent residence.
The proceeds will be published in the Ministry of Health Bulletin of the Czech Republic and can be seen in the KNV Health Department, the ONV Social Affairs and Health Unions and national health institutes.
The proceeds take effect on the day of publication in the Collection of Laws.
