GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 18 September 2017
amending Government Regulation No. 176 / 2008 Coll., on technical requirements for machinery, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to Section 22 of Act No. 22 / 1997 Coll., on Technical Requirements for Products and on the Amendment and Addition of Certain Acts, as amended by Act No. 205 / 2002 Coll. and Act No. 34 / 2011 Coll., to implement Sections 12 (1) and 13 of the Act:
Government Regulation No. 176 / 2008 Coll., on Technical Requirements for Machinery, as amended by Government Regulation No. 170 / 2011 Coll. and Government Regulation No. 229 / 2012 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 1 (1) of the Introductory Part of the provision, the words "shall be inserted after the word" unie1), "and shall be followed by the directly applicable European Union Regulation on the approval of agricultural and forestry vehicles (14) '.

"(14) Regulation (EU) No 167 / 2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 February 2013 on the approval and market surveillance of agricultural and forestry vehicles, as amended. ';
2. in Paragraph 1 (4) (e) (1), the words "if the risks listed in Annex 1 to this Regulation are already contained in the relevant European Union legislation (2)," including footnote 2, are deleted;
3. in Article 1 (4) (e) (2) and (3), including footnotes 3 and 4:
"2. motor vehicles and their trailers covered by the relevant European Union Regulation (3), except for machinery fitted to such vehicles;
3. Vehicles covered by the relevant directly applicable European Union Regulation concerning the approval of two- or three-wheel vehicles and quadricycles and market surveillance (4), excluding machinery mounted on such vehicles;
(3) Directive 2007 / 46 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 September 2007 establishing a framework for the approval of motor vehicles and their trailers, as well as of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles, as amended.
(4) Regulation (EU) No 168 / 2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 January 2013 on the approval and market surveillance of two- or three-wheel vehicles and quadricycles, as amended. ';
4. In Annex No 1, point 1.7.4.2, of the Introductory Part of the provision, the words "at least this information, if possible 'are replaced by the words" at least these data, where appropriate because of the nature of the installation'.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the 15th day following its publication.
