DECLARATION
Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 3 December 1999
amending Decree No. 182 / 1991 Coll., No. 182 / 1991 Coll., implementing the Act on Social Security and the Act of the Czech National Council on the jurisdiction of the institutions of the Czech Republic in Social Security, as amended
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides pursuant to § 58 (a) of Act No. 114 / 1988 Coll., on the Jurisdiction of the Bodies of the Czech Republic in Social Security, as amended by Act No. 144 / 1991 Coll., Act No. 118 / 1995 Coll. and Act No. 91 / 1998 Coll.:
Decree No. 182 / 1991 Coll., implementing the Act on Social Security and the Act of the Czech National Council on the Jurisdiction of Bodies of the Czech Republic in Social Security, as amended by Act No. 482 / 1991 Coll., Act No. 582 / 1991 Coll., Decree No. 28 / 1993 Coll., Decree No. 137 / 1994 Coll., the Constitutional Court Act No. 139 / 1998 Coll., and the Constitutional Court Act No. 312 / 1998 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the heading of Section 36, the words "and the contribution to insurance premiums' are deleted.
2. In Paragraph 36 (1), the word "midterm 'is replaced by the word" year'.
3. Paragraph 36 (2) is deleted.
4. Paragraph 36 (4) reads as follows:
"(4) The amount of the allowance shall be CZK 3,920 for citizens whose disability justifies the granting of exceptional benefits for severely disabled third-degree citizens and the parents of the child referred to in paragraph 1 (c) for a single-stop vehicle and CZK 9,124 for other vehicles and for citizens whose disability justifies the granting of exceptional benefits for severely disabled Class II citizens, CZK 2,170 for a single-stop vehicle and CZK 5,624 for other vehicles. If the citizen referred to in paragraph 1 fulfils the conditions for multiple contributions, the amount of the second and each additional allowance shall be reduced by CZK 420 for a single-track vehicle and CZK 2,124 for other vehicles. Where the conditions for granting a contribution to the operation of a motor vehicle are met only during a calendar year, the amount of that contribution shall be a proportion of those amounts. ';
5. In Article 36 (5), the words "4 500 km per calendar year, the amount of the contribution paid in that calendar year shall be increased" shall be replaced by "9 000 km per calendar year, the amount of the contribution paid in that calendar year shall be increased."
6. In the second sentence of Paragraph 36 (6), "half-year 'is replaced by" year'.
7. Paragraph 36 (7), including footnote 8, is deleted.
8. In Paragraph 37 (1), the word "half-year 'is replaced by" year'.
9. In Paragraph 37 (2), the word "half-year 'is replaced by" year' and the amount "CZK 3,000 'is replaced by" CZK 6,000'.
This decree shall take effect on 1 January 2000.
