GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 10 December 1997
amending Government Decree 303 / 1995 Coll., on minimum wage
The Government mandates pursuant to § 111 (3) of the Labour Code No. 65 / 1965 Coll., as amended by Act No. 3 / 1991 Coll., and pursuant to § 4 (4) of Act No. 1 / 1992 Coll., on wages, remuneration for on-call and on average earnings, as amended by Act No. 10 / 1993 Coll.:
Government Decree No 303 / 1995 Coll., on minimum wage, is amended as follows:
1. in § 2 (1) (a), the amount "CZK 13,60" is replaced by "CZK 14,80";
2. in § 2 (1) (b) the amount "CZK 2500" is replaced by "CZK 2650";
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1998.
