According to § 123 (1) (a) of the Labour Code (full version No. 52 / 1989 Coll.), after discussion with the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic, the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Slovak Republic and the competent trade union authorities issued a decree of 19 July 1990 No 22- 20808- 5145 on the remuneration of professional staff in Agrodice a.s. Praha, Slovak Agricultural Bank a.s. Bratislava and Slovak Tatra banka.
The proceeds are regulated by the remuneration of the experts of Agrobanka a.s. Praha, Slovak Agricultural Bank a.s. Bratislava and Slovak Tatra Bank. It shall take effect on 1 August 1990.
The proceeds can be consulted at the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic and the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Slovak Republic.
