DECLARATION
of 13 February 2024
on the regional offices of the Transport and Energy Building Office
The Ministry of Transport provides pursuant to § 333 (2) of Act No. 283 / 2021 Coll., Construction Act, as amended by Act No. 152 / 2023 Coll., for implementation of § 17 (3) of this Act:
The Department of Transport and Energy is established in Prague, Pilsen and Olomouc.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on the day following that of its publication.
