GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 16 February 2022
amending Government Regulation No 185 / 2015 Coll., on the conditions for granting subsidies under afforestation measures and amending certain related government regulations, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 2c (5) of Act No. 252 / 1997 Coll., on Agriculture, as amended by Act No. 85 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 291 / 2009 Coll. and Act No. 179 / 2014 Coll., and pursuant to § 1 (3) of Act No. 256 / 2000 Coll., on the State Agricultural Intervention Fund and on the amendment of certain other laws (Act No. 179 / 2014 Coll. as amended by Act No. 441 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 291 / 2009 Coll. and Act No. 179 / 2014 Coll.:
Government Regulation No. 185 / 2015 Coll., on the conditions for granting subsidies under the afforestation measure of agricultural land and amending certain related government regulations, as amended by Government Regulation No. 61 / 2016 Coll., Government Regulation No. 19 / 2017 Coll., Government Regulation No. 49 / 2017 Coll., Government Regulation No. 234 / 2019 Coll., Government Regulation No. 64 / 2020 Coll., Government Regulation No. 217 / 2020 Coll. and Government Regulation No. 177 / 2021 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Article 4 (4) and in Article 5 (4), "2021" is replaced by "2023."
2. in Paragraph 5 (2) (e), the words "24 months" shall be replaced by the words "period for afforestation under the Forest Code (3)."

4. In Annex No 2, Part A., point IV. (c), the words "Order No 139 / 2004 Coll., laying down details of the transfer of seeds and seedlings of forest trees, the registration of the origin of reproductive material and the afforestation of land declared as land intended for the performance of forest functions' are replaced by the words" Order No 456 / 2021 Coll., the details of the transfer of forest reproductive material, the register of origin of forest material and the reforestation of land declared as forest functions'.
Transitional provisions
1. Proceedings on applications for aid for the setting-up of forest land initiated pursuant to Government Regulation No. 185 / 2015 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Regulation, shall be completed in accordance with Government Regulation No. 185 / 2015 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Regulation.
2. The subsidy for the management of forest land pursuant to § 2 (1) (b) and the subsidy for the cessation of agricultural production pursuant to § 2 (1) (c) of the Government Regulation No. 185 / 2015 Coll. on the forest land, on the establishment of which the subsidy was granted pursuant to § 2 (1) (a) of the Government Regulation No. 185 / 2015 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Regulation, shall be granted pursuant to Government Regulation No. 185 / 2015 Coll., as amended before the date of entry into force of this Regulation.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 March 2022.
