Notice of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs on the issue of a return on the provision of contributions and refunds to recruitment personnel by certain organisations

issued pursuant to § 123 (1) (g) of the Labour Code No. 65 / 1965 Coll., as amended by Act No. 188 / 1988 Coll. (full version No. 52 / 1989 Coll.), Decree of 12 January 1990 No F 32- 12897- 7201- 050190 on the provision of allowances and refunds to workers recruited by certain organisations.
The revenue shall apply to personnel who will be recruited for work in organisations designated by the competent central authorities in agreement with the Federal Labour and Social Affairs Ministry, in recruitment carried out in 1990 by such organisations (free recruitment), up to a maximum of the number of persons amassed in those organisations. These workers shall be granted a recruitment allowance and compensation, mutatis mutandis, pursuant to Decree No. 33 / 1974 of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs Coll., on allowances and refunds to be granted to staff recruited by the National Committees, with a recruitment allowance of 2000 CZK in commitment for one year and 5000 CZK in commitment for three years.
The proceeds shall take effect on the date of its publication in the Collection of Laws.
The proceeds were sent to the Federal Ministry of Metal, Engineering and Electrical Engineering, the Federal Ministry of Fuel and Energy, the Federal Ministry of Transport and Communications, the ministries of the Republic industry, the ministries of construction and construction of Republics, the ministries of agriculture and nutrition of Republics, and the Ministry of Forestry and Water Management and the woodworking industry of the SSR; the proceeds are accessible to these central authorities and to the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs.
