on the payment of rent by socialist sector organisations
The Bureau of the National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic has acted in accordance with Article 66 of the Constitution on the following legal measure:
Government Decree No. 82 / 1953 Coll., which favours the payment of rent, is amended and supplemented as follows:
The following paragraph is added to Paragraph 1:
"If the lessee is a State, economic or other organisation and establishment of the socialist sector, the rent shall be paid for each calendar quarter at the latest on the fifth day of the second month of that quarter. '
This legal measure shall take effect on 1 July 1958; they shall be carried out by the Minister of Justice in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
