adding a state timber inspection to the Ministry of State Control.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders, with the consent of the President of the Republic pursuant to § 1 of the Constitutional Act No. 47 / 1950 Coll., on adaptations in the organisation of public administration:
The State Wood Inspection is attached to the Ministry of State Control. The competence of the Minister of Forestry and the Wood Industry under the legal measure of the Bureau of the National Assembly No. 22 / 1955 Coll., on State Wood Inspection, is exercised by the Minister of State Control.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 16 June 1956; they shall be carried out by the Minister of State Control.
