DECLARATION
of 2 July 2020
amending Decree No. 280 / 2016 Coll., amending Decree No. 14 / 2005 Coll., on pre-school education, as amended, and certain other regulations, as amended
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides, pursuant to § 35 (3) of Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on Pre-School, Basic, Medium, Higher Vocational and Other Education (Education Act), as amended by Act No. 178 / 2016 Coll.:
Decree No. 280 / 2016 Coll., amending Decree No. 14 / 2005 Coll., on pre-school education, as amended, and certain other regulations, as amended by Decree No. 151 / 2018 Coll. and Decree No. 310 / 2018 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. In Part One, points 18 and 19 are deleted.
2. Article 2 In point 1, the words "and the provisions of points 18 and 19 of Part One of Article I which become effective on 1 September 2020 'are deleted.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 September 2020.
