DECLARATION
Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 5 September 2000
amending Decree No 333 / 1999 of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs Coll., which, for the purposes of providing travel refunds, provides for the amount of the dietary, basic refund rates for the use of road motor vehicles and the amount of the average fuel prices
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides, pursuant to § 8 (1) of Act No. 119 / 1992 Coll., on Travel Refunds, as amended by Act No. 125 / 1998 Coll., ("the Act '):
Decree No 333 / 1999 Coll., setting, for the purposes of providing travel refunds, the rate of basic refund for the use of road motor vehicles and the amount of average fuel prices, is amended as follows:
Article 3, including the title, reads:
Average fuel prices
The amount of the average price per litre of fuel pursuant to § 7 (5) of the second law is:
(a) CZK 30.00 for automotive petrol 91 O Special,
b) 31,30 CZK for automotive gasoline 96 O Super,
(c) CZK 30.30 for automotive gasoline 95 O Natural,
(d) CZK 24.20 for diesel. "
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
