GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 9 December 1998
amending Government Regulation No 48 / 1995 Coll., to guide the amount of appropriations spent on salaries and on remuneration for on-call duty in the budget and in certain other organisations and bodies, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 23 (a) of Act No. 143 / 1992 Coll., on the salary and remuneration of on-call time in the Budget and in certain other organisations and bodies, as amended by Act No. 40 / 1994 Coll.:
Government Decree No. 48 / 1995 Coll., on the rectifying of the amount of appropriations spent on salaries and on remuneration for on-call duty in the Budget and in certain other organisations and bodies, as amended by Government Decree No. 144 / 1995 Coll., Government Decree No. 209 / 1995 Coll., Government Decree No. 306 / 1995 Coll., Government Decree No. 137 / 1997 Coll. and Government Decree No. 349 / 1997 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Article 2 (1) (b), the words "higher education" shall be deleted;
2. in Article 2 (3), point (b) is deleted;
Point (c) shall be renumbered (b).
3. in Article 2 (3) (b), "(a) and (b)" shall be replaced by "(a)";
4. In Article 4 (1), the words "or the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports' are deleted.
5. In Article 4 (2), the words "or the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports' and the words" and (b) 'are deleted.
6. In Annex 1, point 1, the words "except for higher education 'are deleted.
7. In Annex 1, point 2 is deleted.
Points 3 and 4 shall become points 2 and 3.
8. In Annex 1, point 3 (a), the words "except for higher education 'are deleted.
9. In Annex 1, point 3, point (b) is deleted.
Point (c) shall be renumbered (b).
10. In Annex No 1, point 3 (b), the words "College and college menza 29,800 'are deleted.
The procedure for the tying and contribution to salaries of vacant posts (Sections 2 (5) and (6) and 4 (3) and 4 (4) of Decree-Law No 48 / 1995 Coll., on the rectifying of the amount of appropriations spent on salaries and on-call fees in budgetary and certain other organisations and bodies, as amended by Decree-Law No 306 / 1995 Coll.) shall not apply in 1999.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1999.
