GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 3 December 1997
fixing the rate of duty and the tariff quota for imports of wine
The Government orders pursuant to § 56 paragraph 2 and § 57 paragraph 1 (g) of the Czech National Council Act No. 13 / 1993 Coll., Customs Act:
§ 1
For goods of tariff heading 2204 - wine of fresh grapes, including fortified wine, must other than those of tariff heading 2009, the rate of import duty shall be 25% for a tariff quota of 200 000 hectolitres.
§ 2
For the period of validity of this Regulation, the rates of duty laid down in the Customs Tariff shall not apply to the goods defined in Article 1 and under the conditions defined therein. 1)
§ 3
(1) This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
(2) This Regulation shall expire on 31 December 1997.
