DECLARATION
of 14 October 2022
repealing certain Regulations of the District Office of Jičín under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides, pursuant to Articles 9 (1) and 24 of Act No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the Establishment of Ministries and other Central Authorities of the Government of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 34 / 1970 Coll., Act No. 203 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 575 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 474 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 47 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 272 / 1996 Coll., Act No. 587 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 189 / 2006 Coll., and Act No. 250 / 2014 Coll., and under Article CXIX point 3 of Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., on the amendment and repeal of certain laws in connection to the cessation of the activities of the District Authorities:
They shall be deleted:
1. Jičín District Office Regulation No 2 / 2002 on the taking over of the delegation (Social Protection of Children).
2. Jičín District Office Regulation No 3 / 2002 on the taking over of the delegation (care of severely disabled citizens).
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2023.
