DECLARATION
of 23 August 2021
amending Decree No. 196 / 2001 of the Ministry of Justice Coll., on the remuneration and replacement of notaries, trustees and notaries of the Czech Republic (notarial tariff), as amended
The Ministry of Justice provides pursuant to Section 35o of Act No. 358 / 1992 Coll., on notaries and their activities (notarial order), as amended by Act No. 300 / 2021 Coll.:
In Section 24a of Decree No. 196 / 2001 Coll., on Rewards and Refunds of Notaries, Trustees of the Dominion and Notary Chamber of the Czech Republic (Notary Tariff), as amended by Decree No. 42 / 2002 Coll., Decree No. 403 / 2005 Coll., Decree No. 432 / 2013 Coll. and Decree No. 338 / 2016 Coll., the following paragraph 4 is inserted after paragraph 3:
"(4) The chamber is remunerated for the verification of signature and stamp stamp on the list for use abroad of CZK 300. Where the act of simultaneous verification of the signature and stamp is included, the fee shall be levied only once. ';
Paragraph 4 shall become paragraph 5.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 September 2021.
