amending Act No. 475 / 2013 Coll., on the State Budget of the Czech Republic for 2014 and amending Act No. 504 / 2012 Coll., on the State Budget of the Czech Republic for 2013, as amended by Act No. 258 / 2013 Coll.
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 475 / 2013 Coll., on the State Budget of the Czech Republic for 2014 and amending Act No. 504 / 2012 Coll., on the State Budget of the Czech Republic for 2013, as amended by Act No. 258 / 2013 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 1 (1) of the Introductory Part of the provision, "1 099 307 508 965 'is replaced by" 1 098 237 008 965' and "1 211 307 508 965 'is replaced by" 1 210 237 008 965'.
2. In Annex No 1, "1 099 307 508 965 'is replaced by" 1 098 237 008 965' and "1 211 307 508 965 'is replaced by" 1 210 237 008 965'.
3. In Annex No 2, "10 727 800 516 'is replaced by" 10 427 800 516', "10 970 532 500 'is replaced by" 9 500 032 500', "860 758 768 'is replaced by" 1 560 758 768', "153 888 649 750 'is replaced by" 152 818 149 750' and "1 099 307 508 965 'is replaced by" 1 098 237 008 965'.
4. In Annex 3, "12 958 888 288 'is replaced by" 12 808 888 288', "65 797 528 900 'is replaced by" 64 877 028 900' and "1 211 307 508 965 'is replaced by" 1 210 237 008 965'.
5. In Annex 4, Chapter 315, the Ministry of the Environment is replaced by "10 728 700 516 '," 10 428 700 516', "12 958 888 288 'is replaced by" 12 808 888 288', "10 727 800 516 'is replaced by" 10 427 800 516', "1 970 378 000 'is replaced by" 1 670 378 000', "3 460 000 'is replaced by" 3 310 000' and "10 268 232 000 'is replaced by" 10 118 232 000'.
6. In Annex 4, Chapter 328, the Czech Telecommunications Office, the number "10 988 347 500 'is replaced by" 9 517 847 500', the number "10 970 532 500 'is replaced by" 9 500 032 500' and the number "10 946 367 000 'is replaced by" 9 475 867 000'.
7. In Annex 4, Chapter 335, the Ministry of Health is replaced by "869 958 768 '," 860 758 768', "860 758 768 ', and" 421 800 000' are replaced by "1 121 800 000 '.
8. In Annex 4, Chapter 396, State debt is replaced by "65 797 528 900 '.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
