DECLARATION
of 12 November 2010
laying down the form of the records of the traffic and location data and how it is to be transmitted to the Czech Telecommunications Office
Pursuant to Section 150 (5) of Act No. 127 / 2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications and on the amendment of certain related laws (Act on Electronic Communications), as amended, ("the Act '), the Czech Telecommunications Office provides for the implementation of Section 97 (12) of the Act, as amended by Act No. 153 / 2010 Coll.:
Form of the records transmitted
The entrepreneur shall transmit the records of the traffic and location data maintained pursuant to § 97 (10) of the Act to the Czech Telecommunications Authority in electronic form using a form, a model of which is given in the annex to this decree.
Means of transmission of records
The entrepreneur transmits the completed electronic form according to § 1 through the Electronic Data Collection (ESD) program application in the electronic reporting system of the Czech Telecommunications Office.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
