amending Act No. 585 / 2004 Coll., on the Defence Obligations and its Assurance (Defence Act), as amended by Act No. 112 / 2006 Coll.
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
In Act No. 585 / 2004 Coll., on the Defence Obligations and Its Assurance (Defense Act), as amended by Act No. 112 / 2006 Coll., Section 10 is deleted.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
