COMMUNICATION
Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 28 July 2005
on the imposition of collective agreements of higher degree and amendments to collective agreements of higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that in accordance with § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on Collective Negotiations, as amended, the following collective agreements of higher degree and the following additions to collective agreements of higher degree were deposited with it between 1.5.2005 and 29.7.2005:
(1) Appendix 1 (31 March 2005) to a collective agreement of a higher degree concluded between:
Trade union of workers of wood-working industries, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic
and
The Czech Association of Employers in Forestry.
2. Appendix 3 (of 26 May 2005) to a collective agreement of a higher degree concluded between
Union of employees of glass, ceramic, jewellery and porcelain
and
Association of Glass and Ceramic Industry of the Czech Republic.
3. Collective contract of higher degree Title II (of 31 May 2005 for the period 1 June 2005 to 31 December 2005) concluded between
Trade union of wood workers, forestry and water management
and
The Union of employers of the woodworking industry.
