GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 9 December 1998
amending Government Regulation No 333 / 1993 Coll., laying down minimum wage charges and wage advantages for work in a difficult and healthy working environment and working at night, as amended
The government orders pursuant to § 7 (2) and § 14 (2) of Act No. 1 / 1992 Coll., on wages, remuneration for on-call and on average earnings:
Government Decree No 333 / 1993 Coll., on the establishment of minimum wage rates and wage advantages for work in a difficult and healthy working environment and for work at night, as amended by Government Decree No. 308 / 1995 Coll. and Government Decree No. 356 / 1997 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 2 (1), the amount "CZK 14,80" is replaced by "CZK 18," the amount "CZK 2 650" by "CZK 3 250," the amount "CZK 18,40" by "CZK 22.60," the amount "CZK 3 300" by "CZK 4 050," the amount "CZK 25.70" by "CZK 31.50" and the amount "CZK 4 600" by "CZK 5 650."
2. In the first sentence of Section 4, the amount "CZK 3.50" is replaced by "CZK 4.30."
3. In Section 5, "CZK 3.50 'is replaced by" CZK 4.30'.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1999.
