DECLARATION
Ministry of Industry and Trade
of 19 December 1996
on the import of natural gas into the Czech Republic
According to § 56 paragraph 1 (a) of Act No. 42 / 1980 Coll., on Economic Relations with Foreign Affairs, as amended:
Natural gas can only be imported into the Czech Republic if:
(a) transport is carried out by a comprehensive, very high-pressure pipeline transport system (hereinafter referred to as the "transport system") equipped with transmission and measurement stations for the quantity, pressure and quality of imported natural gas; and
(b) the transport system allows the transport of natural gas to the whole territory of the Czech Republic as well as the provision of a national consumption diagram and a collection diagram of individual territorial units.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
