amending Decree No. 42 / 1966 of the Ministry of Health Coll., on the provision of medical preventive care
The Ministry of Health and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic provides in the agreement with the participating central authorities pursuant to § 11 (2) of Act No. 20 / 1966 Coll., on the care of the health of the people:
The Decree of the Ministry of Health No. 42 / 1966 Coll., on the provision of preventive care treatment, is amended as follows:
Paragraph 5 (2) is deleted.
Paragraph 3 shall become paragraph 2.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
