DECLARATION
of 22 October 2024
on the central register of public auctions
The Ministry of Local Development provides, pursuant to § 3 (6) and § 62 of Act No. 250 / 2023 Coll., on public auctions:
Login of users to the central register as auctioneer and as system administrator takes place through:
(a) a national identification and authentication point; or
(b) an information system for the authentication of natural persons who carry roles, if they are a public authority under the Basic Register Act.
(1) The data transmitted to the central repository must be in an open and machine-readable format.
(2) The auctioneer shall transmit the data to the central register by means of:
(a) direct electronic assignment; or
(b) application software.
The conformity of data on persons, addresses and real estate transferred by the auctioneer to the central register with data held in the basic register of legal persons, commercial natural persons and public authorities, the basic register of residents, the information system of foreigners, the basic register of territorial identification, addresses and real estate and the public part of the business register shall be verified automatically by the central register through the shared service information system and the basic register information system.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2025.
