amending Decree No. 36 / 2006 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of a copy or a copy with the instrument and on the verification of the authenticity of the signature, as amended
The Ministry of the Interior provides pursuant to Article 21 of Act No. 21 / 2006 Coll., on the Verification of the Compliance of a Copy or Copy with the Charter and on the Verification of the Authenticity of Signature and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Verification Act), as amended by Act No. 279 / 2019 Coll. and Act No. 261 / 2021 Coll.:
Annex No 1 to Decree No. 36 / 2006 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of the copy or copy with the instrument and on the verification of the authenticity of the signature, as amended by Decree No. 331 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 390 / 2007 Coll., Decree No. 194 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 15 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 484 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 384 / 2010 Coll., Decree No. 441 / 2011 Coll., Decree No. 456 / 2012 Coll., Decree No. 401 / 2013 Coll., Decree No. 265 / 2014 Coll., Decree No. 316 / 2015 Coll., Decree No. 411 / 2016 Coll., Decree No. 411 / 2017 Coll.
1. in the part "South Bohemian Region ', the word", Zubčice' is added at the end of the text (c).

Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2024.
