on the declaration of the level of the salary base for determining the salary and certain reimbursement of expenses of officials pursuant to Act No. 236 / 1995 Coll., on the salary and other formalities relating to the performance of the duties of representatives of the State and of certain state bodies and judges and Members of the European Parliament, as amended
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs announces, pursuant to § 3 (3) of the Second Act No. 236 / 1995 Coll., on the salary and other formalities associated with the performance of the function of representatives of state power and of certain state bodies and judges and Members of the European Parliament, as amended by Act No. 309 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 425 / 2010 Coll., the Constitutional Court found under No. 181 / 2012 Coll., Act No. 11 / 2013 Coll., the Constitutional Court found under No. 161 / 2014 Coll., Act No. 359 / 2014 Coll., and Act No. 316 / 2018 Coll., for 2019 a salary base for representatives of CZK 76 245.
