extending the commitment of a collective agreement to a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, pursuant to Article 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on Collective Negotiations, as amended, indicates that the Collective Agreement of Higher Degree for 2017, which was concluded on 13 June 2017 between the Senior Trade Union Body, the Union of Workers of the Textile, Clothing and Leather Industry of the Czech Republic and Moravia and the Association of Textile - Clothing - Leather Industry, is binding on other employers with predominant activity in the sector designated by the classification of economic activities CZ - NACE 13, 14 and 15.
The content of a collective contract of higher degree can be found at the regional branches of the Czech Labour Office and on the website of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (www.mpsv.cz).
