DECLARATION
of 21 September 2016
amending Decree No. 70 / 2012 Coll., on preventive inspections
The Ministry of Health provides, pursuant to Section 120 of Act No. 372 / 2011 Coll., on health services and the conditions for their provision (Health Services Act), for the implementation of Section 5 (3) (a) of the Health Services Act:
Decree No. 70 / 2012 Coll., on preventive inspections, is amended as follows:
1. the words "and pulmonary" shall be inserted after the word "cardiovascular."
2. in Article 2 (e) (2), the words "and beyond at 30 years of age" shall be inserted after the words "children and youth."
3. In Article 2, at the end of point (e), the dot is replaced by a comma and the following point 6 is added:
"6. laboratory examination of serum creatinine and estimate of glomerular filtration in patients with diabetes, hypertension or cardiovascular complications from 50 years of age at four-year intervals."
4. in Article 3 (2) (a) (3) and (4):
'3. Verification of whether a preventive hearing examination has been carried out and, in the event of failure to carry out the next procedure,
4. control of the preventive administration of vitamin K and guidance on the repetition of the preventive administration; ';
5. in Article 3 (2) (a), the following points 5 to 7 are added:
"5. lessons on preventive vitamin D administration,
6. the control of the questionnaire on the definition of tuberculosis risk and the recommendation of a follow-up procedure under the Ordinance on vaccination against infectious diseases,
7. guidance on the care of newborns and breast-feeding, or artificial milk nutrition, "
6. in Article 3 (2) (b), the word "control" shall be inserted after the word "child's nutrition."
7. In Article 3 (2) (c), the word "control 'is inserted after the word" eye examination'.
8. in Paragraph 3 (2), the words "examination of the storage of testicles in boys and a lesson on child nutrition," shall be added at the end of point (e).
9. In Article 3 (2) (j), the words "carrying out an examination for the early diagnosis of autistic spectrum disorders' shall be inserted after the words" the behaviour of the child '.
10. in Article 4 (1) (k):
"(k) genital examination and, in the case of girls, detection of any effluent,"
11. in Article 5 (1) (b), the words "10 to" and the words "cervical cancer" shall be replaced by "human papillomavirus."
12. in Article 5, the dot is replaced by a comma at the end of paragraph 1 and the following point (l) is added:
"(l) examination of total cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol and triglycerides if a family history of coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, angina pectoris, sudden stroke or hyperlipoproteinaemia occurs under 55 years of age."
13. in Article 5 (2) (i), "cervical cancer" is replaced by "human papillomavirus."
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 17 October 2016.
