The Ministry of Health provides pursuant to § 70 (1) (b) and (c) of Act No. 20 / 1966 Coll., on the Care of People, as amended by Act No. 548 / 1991 Coll.:
Decree No. 284 / 1990 Coll., on Good Manufacturing Practice, Quality Management of Human Drugs and Medical and Packaging Equipment, is repealed.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
