GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 9 December 1998
amending Decree No 303 / 1995 Coll., on minimum wage, as amended by Decree No 320 / 1997 Coll.
The Government orders pursuant to § 111 (3) of Act No. 65 / 1965 Coll., the Labour Code, as amended by Act No. 3 / 1991 Coll., and pursuant to § 4 (4) of Act No. 1 / 1992 Coll., on wages, remuneration for on-call and on average earnings, as amended by Act No. 10 / 1993 Coll.:
Government Decree 303 / 1995 Coll., on minimum wage, as amended by Government Decree 320 / 1997 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 2 (1) (a), the amount "CZK 14,80" is replaced by "CZK 18."
2. In Paragraph 2 (1) (b), "CZK 2 650" is replaced by "CZK 3 250."
3. In Article 5, the following is replaced by a comma at the end of the period: "the wage advantage for working in a difficult and healthy working environment and for working at night and the amount corresponding to the increase in wages for working on the holiday."
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1999.
