amending the Decree of the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 152 / 1988 Coll., implementing the Act on Social Security and the Act of the Czech National Council on the Jurisdiction of the Bodies of the Czech Socialist Republic in Social Security
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic provides, in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and other participating central bodies, pursuant to § 177 (4) of Act No. 100 / 1988 Coll., on Social Security, as amended by Act No. 110 / 1990 Coll., and under § 58 (d) of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 114 / 1988 Coll., on the jurisdiction of the authorities of the Czech Socialist Republic in Social Security, as amended by the Act No. 125 / 1990 Coll.:
The Decree of the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 152 / 1988 Coll., implementing the Act on Social Security and the Act of the Czech National Council on the jurisdiction of the authorities of the Czech Socialist Republic in Social Security, as amended by Decree No. 141 / 1990 Coll. and Decree No. 267 / 1990 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 44 (1) in the part of the sentence in front of the semicolon, the words "up to 2500 Cds' are replaced by the words" up to 3000 Cds'.
2. Annex 5 shall read as follows:

The National Committees shall grant citizens who received a contribution in 1990 to the purchase of fuel diesel or a contribution to the operation of a motor vehicle before the expiry of this Decree a supplement equal to half the difference between the amounts in accordance with the existing regulation and the amounts in accordance with this Decree.
This decree shall take effect on 1 August 1990.
