Regulation of the Minister for Internal Trade

determining the starting date and the scope of the activity of the Velkodziboční podnik, registered fellowship with r. o. in Prague.
The Minister of Internal Trade, in agreement with the Minister of Food, hereby orders, pursuant to Article 18 of the Act of 2 December 1948, No 279 Coll., on the Velkodzibuční společnost in the field of food:
The Grand Undertaking, established under Act No. 279 / 1948 Coll., will start its activities on 1 January 1949 to the extent set out in Sections 2 to 5 of that Act.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1949.
