GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 16 October 2024
on the method of promoting energy security in the Czech Republic
The Government orders pursuant to § 2a (2) of Act No. 367 / 2021 Coll., on measures to move the Czech Republic to low-carbon energy and amending Act No. 165 / 2012 Coll., on Supported Energy Sources, as amended, as amended by Act No. 465 / 2023 Coll.:
In order to promote the energy security of the Czech Republic, following the decision of the Ministry of Industry and Trade to grant state authorisation for the construction of a power plant of 27 April 2021, no. MPO 281543 / 21 / 41100 / 4100, the buyout contract.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 November 2024.
