Communication from the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs No. 316 / 2020 Coll.

The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, pursuant to Article 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on Collective Negotiations, as amended, indicates that Appendix 1 to the Collective Agreement of Higher Degree for the years 2019 - 2020, which was concluded on 28 January 2020 between the Senior Trade Union Body - Union of Glass, Ceramic and Porcelain and Employers' Organisation - Association of the Glass and Ceramic Industry of the Czech Republic, is binding on other employers with predominant activity in the sector designated by the classification of economic activities CZ - NACE 231, 2341 and 2342, with effect from the first day of the month following the publication of this Communication.
