on pricing decisions
In accordance with Article 10 (2) of Act No 526 / 1990 Coll., on prices, as amended, the Energy Regulatory Authority shall communicate that pursuant to Article 17 (6) (d) of Act No 458 / 2000 Coll., on the conditions of business and on the exercise of state administration in the energy sector and on the amendment of certain laws (Energy Act), as amended, issued price decisions No 3 / 2015 of 21 October 2015 amending the Energy Regulatory Authority's price decision No 4 / 2014 of 25 November 2014, as amended by the Energy Regulatory Authority's price decision No 2 / 2015 of 1 November 2013 on the price of heat energy, and Decision No 5 / 2015 of 19 November 2015 on price support for energy sources.
According to Article 17 (9) of the Energy Act, the Energy Regulatory Authority published price decision No 3 / 2015 in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 23 October 2015, amounting to 4. The price decision became valid on that date of publication. The activities took place on 1 December 2015.
The Energy Regulatory Authority's price decision No 4 / 2015 was published in the Energy Regulatory Bulletin of 9 November 2015, amounting to 5. It shall take effect on 1 January 2016.
The Energy Regulatory Authority's price decision No 5 / 2015 was published in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 19 November 2015, amounting to 6. The price decision became valid on that date of publication. It shall take effect on 1 January 2016.
